Founded in November 2002, Fors Marsh Group LLC was created with the vision of becoming a refreshingly different type of research and consulting firm. One that could effectively provide its customers with creative solutions steeped in scientific theory, methodological rigor, and feasibility. To accomplish this, FMG's founders composed a team of organizational and social scientists with varying backgrounds in psychological research, human resource management, and business consulting. Using this platform, FMG has steadily grown each successive year, broadening its organizational capabilities and continually refining its core expertise.

Headquartered in Arlington, Virginia; FMG provides marketing and organizational research and consulting to both public and private sector clients. Its expertise lies in the understanding of human behavior as it relates to organizational success.  This includes both an internal focus on employee performance as well as an external focus on market analysis and strategy.  Some past clients include the Department of Defense, Geospatial Intelligence Agency, Civilian Personnel Management Service, Electronic Data Systems, Mullen Advertising, and GSD&M Advertising.
