FMG Receives DIACAP National Security System Certification

ARLINGTON, VA – January, 24, 2013 – Fors Marsh Group LLC (FMG), a DC-area research and consulting firm, announced today that the IT infrastructure in place to support our ongoing Department of Defense (DoD) personnel research has received Authority To Operate (ATO) in compliance with the United States Department of Defense (DoD) security and risk management requirements, as tested and verified by the Department of Defense Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP).
DIACAP certification is an intensive and stringent requirement for all information technology systems that operate on a DoD network. Federal and state agencies throughout the United States also rely on a DIACAP certification as a benchmark for internal security standards and as an assurance that a given system can be depended upon for internal use.
