Dr. Amanda Anderson is an Industrial/Organizational Psychologist, and a senior researcher at FMG, with over 10 years of experience guiding the management of organizations through developing equitable systems of recruitment, selection, training, and leadership. Currently, her area of focus is conducting research for employee training and organizational assessment.
Dr. Anderson has experience conducting workforce research for a variety of clients including federal and state government agencies, private corporations, and universities. And has published book chapters and scholarly articles on topics such as employment discrimination, women in leadership, work-life integration, and flexible workplace policies. In addition, she has experience teaching statistics and research methodology at the undergraduate and graduate levels. Amanda received her PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, as well as her MA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, from George Mason University. Additionally, she holds a BA in Psychology & Government, from the University of Virginia.
