Amy Campbell is the Director of Military Personnel and Family Research at Fors Marsh Group. Amy has over ten years of experience developing, conducting, and analyzing surveys for the Department of Defense (DoD) on a wide range of topics. Currently, Amy and her team conduct research using large-scale, multi-mode surveys to understand general force well-being, military spouse and family well-being, and targeted topics such as financial readiness of military members.
Before joining Fors Marsh Group, Amy was a senior analyst at SRA International, Inc. where she conducted course evaluations for military members and spouses participating in the revamped Transition Assistance program, and surveys of active duty and Reserve component spouses examining the well-being of military families. She also conducted civilian workplace-assessment surveys focusing on climate and work-life balance.
Amy earned her M.A. in Psychology from the Catholic University of America and her B.A. in Psychology, with a minor in Criminology and Juvenile Delinquency, from Hood College.
