Dr. Anna Sheveland serves as the director of the Organizational Behavior Research (OBR) division at FMG. Anna is a social psychologist trained in both quantitative and qualitative research methods and in a breadth of social and organizational psychology topics. She has extensive experience in applied research on a variety of topics, including social influence, group dynamics, motivation, belief systems, attitude and attitude change, and safety/risk-taking behaviors. Anna has more than 10 years of experience managing research projects. She has led a number of employee training and development initiatives, as well as qualitative culture and climate-oriented studies for multiple organizations. Her current work focuses primarily on personnel training and development, diversity initiatives in both federal and private sector organizations, and survey research on road traffic safety attitudes, beliefs, and behaviors.
