In her role as Director of Data Collection, Kimberly Wyborski is responsible for the execution, coordination, and processing of all of FMG’s online and mail data collection efforts. In addition, she oversees the recruiting team that supports FMG’s qualitative research studies. Kim also maintains oversight of project logistics, including the creation of mail pieces, print contracts, project schedules, data security, and resource management throughout the duration of each study. Under her supervision, our data entry team has processed more than one million pieces of mail onsite, and coordinated data collections efforts for DoD, NHTSA, IRS, ARI, FDA, CDC, and the VA.
Before joining Fors Marsh Group in 2010, Kim was a project manager at Zogby International in Utica, NY, where she managed a wide variety of public and private sector research projects, including policy and advocacy efforts, health care topics, political polling, and educational testing. She also worked as a research associate on the health care team at WB&A Market Research in Crofton, MD, where she developed and tested survey instruments, fielded and managed data collection, and provided reporting resources on large Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS) surveys.
Kim received her Master of Business Administration in Technology Innovation Management with a concentration in human resources and her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from State University of New York (SUNY) Institute of Technology, now known as SUNY Polytechnic Institute.
