Dr. Sean Marsh is a leading expert with over 16 years of experience in personnel research, analysis, sampling, and survey methods in the public and private sectors. His work has focused primarily on recruiting, market and advertising research, vocational choice, personnel selection, training, and youth demographics. This work has involved a variety of methodologies, all with a strong emphasis on survey design, sampling, and implementation.
In 2002, Sean partnered with Jason Fors to create Fors Marsh Group. Since its inception, the firm has added a team of more than 30 organizational and social scientists with varying backgrounds in psychological human resource management and business consulting. Under Sean’s leadership, the firm has steadily grown each successive year, broadening its organizational capabilities and continually refining its core expertise.
Sean has authored numerous journal articles, professional papers, and technical reports as well as prepared numerous reports and briefings for the Assistant Secretaries of Defense, the Under Secretaries of Defense, the Secretary of Defense, and Congress.
Sean holds a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from George Mason University and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Toledo.
