Dr. Stephanie Miles has 10 years of experience leading strategic communications campaigns and conducting communications research. Her passion lies in understanding how to reach the right audience with the right message to drive positive behavior change. Dr. Miles has worked on campaigns surrounding COVID-19 vaccine hesitancy, suicide prevention, mental health stigma, substance use recovery, and consumer comprehension of health information. At FMG, Dr. Miles is the Creative Testing Lead for the We Can Do This Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) COVID-19 Public Education Campaign.
Dr. Miles earned a bachelor’s and master’s degree from Texas Tech University. She received her doctor of philosophy in mass communications from the University of Iowa.
