In his current role as Segmentation Analyst for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS)’s COVID-19 Public Education Campaign, he focuses on using the most up to date COVID-19 data from government sources and predictive models to identify which geographic areas and demographic groups are most in need of and receptive to HHS’s COVID-19 messaging.
Will earned his BA in Modern Languages from the University of Oxford and speaks French and Spanish fluently.
