Process

For the Army National Guard, FMG plans, produces and distributes recruitment advertising content across all channels in a way that is consistent in positioning and integrated throughout all digital platforms. Additionally, FMG leads social media training sessions for local Guard recruiters who find growing benefits of being accessible through these channels. FMG provides research-backed recommendations on the best methods of using social media platforms as an effective communication and outreach tool to canvas and engage with qualified prospective candidates.
