Cybersecurity Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) maintains a workforce of approximately 3,500 employees, many of whom work to maintain safe and secure critical cyber networks and infrastructure. Owing to massive competition, CISA has difficulty marketing and acquiring top-tier talent.

Process

Fors Marsh Group (FMG) conducted an analysis of organizational data and market trends and a workforce study to supply formative research results to develop engaging recruitment materials and onboarding programs.

Impact

FMG’s study identified key areas that were barriers to candidate interest, and led to the creation of a campaign that promoted the impactful work at CISA. Additionally, FMG identified key events, conferences, and organizations for CISA and conducts ongoing social media listening and sentiment analysis.
