Fors Marsh Group Awarded Five-Year, $49 Million Contract for Analytical Support and Research Services Supporting DoD
The Office of People Analytics (OPA) Centers for Health & Resilience (H&R) and Retention & Readiness (R&R) and Data Science awarded a five-year contract worth over $49 million to Fors Marsh Group (FMG) to lead a comprehensive portfolio of research services critical to supporting military personnel, their families, and the Department of Defense (DOD) civilian workforce. The contract expands on the recruitment communications and human capital initiatives work that FMG has conducted for OPA in previous years.

“The information and guidance that FMG provides to OPA is used to inform and measure policies and programs affecting the morale, health, benefits, compensation, training, readiness, and retention of everyone serving or supporting the Military,” said Dr. Laura Severance, Director, Military Personnel Research. “This program supports many important DOD agencies, which include the Military Community and Family Policy Office, the Defense Suicide Prevention Office, the Sexual Assault Prevention and Response Office, and the Office of Diversity Management and Equal Opportunity (ODMEO).”
