Fors Marsh Group Attends TSA Small Business Industry Expo

Fors Marsh Group (FMG) attended the 9th Annual Transportation Security Administration (TSA) Small Business Industry Expo on July 24, where small business leaders gathered to strengthen the industry’s collaboration with TSA. Best-in-class OASIS1 and HCaTs2 contract vehicle holders were invited to showcase products aimed at empowering the TSA to meet its mission of protecting the nation’s transportation systems.

“We were honored to attend the TSA Small Business Expo,” said Ben Garthwaite, Senior Vice President of FMG. “Establishing a strong relationship between government and small business helps the TSA increase acquisition efficiencies, enhance its ability to achieve its mission, and find solutions that create impact. At FMG, we are committed to partnering with government organizations and create success by leveraging our impactful, innovative solutions. As we currently do with other Department of Homeland Security (DHS) agencies such as Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), we look forward to expanding our support into the TSA.”

FMG displayed new solutions to help the TSA manage an increasingly complex transportation landscape. FMG’s innovative recruiting programs are designed to help the TSA attract top talent to its organization, with a focus on cybersecurity personnel. FMG also showcased personnel and human resource policy evaluations aimed at improving organizational morale, employee engagement, and retention rates, as well as learning and training curriculum development and delivery to the federal workforce.
