Fors Marsh Group Continues to Expand Recruitment Marketing Practice for Federal Government

Fors Marsh Group (FMG) is partnering with the U.S. Public Health Service Commissioned Corps to help recruit the next generation of public health leaders. The Corps is one of the seven uniformed services of the United States and fills essential public health leadership and service roles within federal agencies. Corps Officers serve throughout the nation in communities that are most in need by providing essential health care services to underserved and vulnerable populations.

Specifically, FMG will support strategic communications planning, including the development of a brand and brand guidelines, outreach materials, and a refreshed Corps website. With improved brand awareness and innovative talent acquisition tactics, the Corps will be able to recruit more talent and better tell its story to the public.

“We are fully committed to developing a communications strategy targeted to external audiences that will drive greater awareness of the Corps, strengthen its culture, and attract desirable candidates,” said Rose Hooks, Director of Marketing at FMG. “We seek to create unique and measurable impact by engaging qualified prospects, local communities, and federal stakeholders in helping the Corps achieve its recruitment mission.”
