Fors Marsh Group Partners with National Science Foundation to Validate Program Management Competency Models

In September, the National Science Foundation (NSF) selected Fors Marsh Group (FMG) to provide strategic human capital services to ensure compliance with the Program Management Improvement Accountability Act (PMIAA). PMIAA establishes government-wide standards and policies for program management (PM). FMG will activate its team of human capital experts to provide research, facilitation, and skill gap analysis to validate NSF’s approach to PM workforce development.

“We are proud to be selected by NSF to partner on this important work,” said Theresa Falance, PMP, SPHR, FMG’s Principal Human Capital Strategist. “With our deep human capital expertise, including experience in competency modeling, career planning, and workforce development, we are looking forward to helping NSF define performance excellence in providing the scientific research and people to create knowledge that transforms the future.”
