Fors Marsh Group to Improve Usability of

Fors Marsh Group (FMG) earned a contract with the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to conduct usability testing of its website, FMG will identify ways to improve the web content, navigation structure, mobile friendliness, graphics, communication tools, and interactive content, while ensuring the site meets 508-compliance requirements. With over six million monthly visitors, the FDA website is a crucial resource to inform and protect the health of the American public. By improving its usability, FMG and FDA will ensure the FDA’s messages reach key audiences including, consumers, patients, health professionals, and industry professionals

"We are excited to partner with the FDA on improving the usability of such a critical public resource," said Andy Blenke, Vice President. “This work draws upon our extensive health and usability research experience, as we have performed over a hundred user experience research projects for clients including the National Cancer Institute (NCI), Facebook, Nielsen, the United States International Trade Commission (USITC), and National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH)."
