Fors Marsh Group Earns Virginia Values Veterans (V3) Certification

Fors Marsh Group (FMG) earned the Virginia Values Veterans (V3) certification by actively supporting and committing to hiring transitioning Service members and veterans. The V3 program is a nationally recognized leader in certifying organizations with infrastructure and policies focused on veterans. As a leading B Corporation, this certification validates our commitment to improving the community where we live and work in.

“Hiring and retaining top-tier talent is a critical part of FMG’s business success, as we anticipate sustained growth in 2020 and beyond,” said Andy Blenkle, Vice President at FMG. “Arlington, VA, is a city with a tremendous population of transitioning members of the Armed Forces and their military spouses. The benefit these talented people can bring to our workforce and our subcontractors’ workforce is invaluable. We look forward to applying their talent across different client partnerships, including the U.S. Army, U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).

In 2019, FMG established new offices in Columbia, MD and Chicago, IL in response to new client engagements. FMG expanded its partnerships with the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and FEMA while adding a number of new clients, including the U.S. Army Marketing and Research Group, U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), and the Small Business Administration (SBA). To meet this growth and demand, FMG will partner with the V3 program to develop and implement long-term strategies and recognized best practices in recruiting, hiring, and retaining veterans to meet FMG’s hiring goals.
