Fors Marsh Group to Provide Training Support Services for Ginnie Mae
Fors Marsh Group (FMG) has been awarded a three-year contract to provide training support services for the Government National Mortgage Association (Ginnie Mae), a federally owned corporation within the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). FMG’s learning and development expertise will support Ginnie Mae’s mission of guaranteeing affordable home loans to underserved Americans.
FMG will create an on-demand e-course training library for Ginnie Mae’s customers. This robust resource will serve to better educate the organization’s stakeholders on Ginnie Mae’s mission, history, programs, policies, and business processes. This work will also reduce processing errors and call volume for the agency. Led by a data-backed road map and a robust implementation strategy, FMG will also create a customized style guide and expertly designed e-course materials to ensure as many users as possible engage with the vital resources that will be housed in Ginnie Mae’s eLearning library.
“FMG has led the development of over 500 learning solutions for federal and commercial organizations,” says John Low, Vice President of Human Capital at FMG. “We’re thrilled to lend our expertise to support Ginnie Mae in providing low-income borrowers and first-time home buyers with life-changing resources and guidance.”
