Ekaete Bailey Joins Fors Marsh Group as Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
Fors Marsh Group (FMG) named Ekaete Bailey as Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. As a member of FMG’s senior leadership team, Ekaete will be responsible for leading the evolution of the company’s Racial Equity Strategic Plan through an intersectional lens. By providing counsel and developing tools, Ekaete will help to build the capacity of staff to operationalize equity in their client work. Collaborating with employees across divisions, she will develop measurable Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) metrics and foster a community of belonging.

Before FMG, Ekaete cofounded an enterprise-wide Sponsorship Program and racial equity campaign at a regional east coast financial institution. Active in social justice efforts and non-profit work, Ekaete served for three years on the Board of Directors for International Child Advancement, an organization that supports orphanages and youth centers around the world.
