Fors Marsh Group Launches Future Ready Assessment© to Address Gaps in Today’s Workforce

Fors Marsh Group (FMG) announces its proprietary workplace readiness evaluation tool—the Future Ready Assessment© (FRA)—that helps organizations measure their workforce’s current technological and people capabilities. 

Large-scale changes, such as accelerated technological growth and a transition to hybrid work environments, are impacting federal agencies and other organizations, both large and small. To successfully adapt to these changes, organizations must focus on increasing their employees’ knowledge and skills to prepare for the future.  

Leaders can use FMG’s FRA to equip themselves with information about their strengths and the gaps in their workforce and tailor initiatives and trainings to meet their organization’s needs. The FRA comprises a series of validated scales, developed to ensure coverage of relevant topic areas. These scales focus on the two main areas central to readiness: technological capabilities and people capabilities. Whereas technological capabilities focus on technological knowledge, affinity, and usage, people capabilities measure skills such as resilience, cultural intelligence, communication, and tolerance for ambiguity.
